  • What does Orenda mean?
    Orenda is an Iroquois name that means a mystical force that is present in all people that can empower them to affect the world.
  • Who’s behind Orenda?
    Zara Kabir and Francisca Li are the co-founders of the Orenda brand.
  • Who created the designs?
    All the designs are created by Zara and Francisca, with our specific mission in mind!
  • What do you mean I get to choose where y’all donate to?
    Each collection we drop, we also choose 3-5 relevant organizations that 25% of our profits go towards. When you place an order, you get the option to choose which of the 3-5 organizations you want the 25% of profits to go to.
  • Where are you donating 25% of the profits?
    The organizations we donate to are for relevant causes, and are different each collection. You can view the organizations we are donating to for this collection here!
  • How do you choose which organizations to donate to?
    As part of our brand, we are committed to not only donate, but also educate on the current global social justice movements. We submit the donations at the end of every 2 months, and will announce how much was donated on our Instagram!
  • How do I place an order?
    You can place an order through the Google Form here! At this time we are only taking orders through the form.
  • Why should I pre-order?
    For each collection, we order a limited quantity of each product and each size. Pre-ordering allows us to ensure you get the product that you want! If you pre-order, you are guaranteed to be able to get the product. Once our inventory is gone, it’s gone, so make sure to pre-order!
  • The item I wanted is out of stock. When will there be more stock?
    We order in limited quantities to reduce overhead costs, so usually when an item is out of stock, it’s gone :( However, if there is enough demand for a specific product, we will bring it back. Fill out this Wishlist form for the product that you’d like to see, and be able to get notified as soon as we have more in stock! Just remember, there will be limited quantities so be sure to order them as soon as we get more.
  • I ordered the wrong size! What can I do?
    No worries! If it hasn’t been shipped yet, just shoot us an email at orendachange@gmail.com with the subject like “WRONG SIZE” and let us know your name, email address you ordered with, the product and what size you need to switch it for. As long as we have the correct size in stock, we’ll make sure you get the right product.
  • What sizes do you offer?
    At this time, we only have sizes Small, Medium, and Large due to our limited order quantities. We do plan to expand our size offerings in future collections, and may bring back previous designs in a wider array of sizes!
  • What’s your return policy?
    Our policy is that all sales are final. However, if you have a concern, please email us at orendachange@gmail.com and let us know what the issue is, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
  • Why haven’t I received my order yet?
    If it was a pre-order, the product may not be shipped out until 2-3 weeks later. If it was a regular order, you should get an email confirmation whenever your order is shipped out. If you did not receive a confirmation, make sure that you have paid (this is typically the hold up). If it has been over 4 business days since you paid and you didn’t receive a shipping confirmation email, send us an email at orendachange@gmail.com. Remember that with covid-19, mail may take a little longer to arrive. *note, you will receive an ORDER + PAYMENT confirmation email when your payment has been received. You will receive a separate SHIPPING confirmation email when your order has shipped!
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Yes we do! However, we do not offer Free Shipping to our international customers. Appropriate shipping rates will be determined based on location. Please email us with any questions!
  • Will you have other products?
    We would love to have other products, but as of right now, we are only selling the t-shirts and crewneck hoodies in specific designs. Our goal in the future is to be able to offer a wider range of products. Be sure to sign up for our newsletter and follow us on our instagram to be able to give input whenever we plan to launch new products!
  • How can I make sure I’m notified as soon as a new collection is released?
    Get on our mailing list and follow us on Instagram! Newsletter subscribers and Instagram followers will always be the first notified about new collection releases and have access to pre-orders and special discount codes!
